Commercial Fire - Charlotte, NC

Our team immediately responded to a commercial fire and boarded up windows damaged during recovery efforts.  Smoke traveled from the fire origination unit into the cavity space within the breezeway.  In order to properly mitigate the structure our team had to remove all of the ceiling drywall within the breezeway and then remove the sprayed insulation that held onto the smoke odor.  Afterwards we hepa vacuumed, cleaned, and deodorize the entire breezeway.  The final step included pressure washing and floor scrubbing of the concrete below.

The customer was extremely happy to that were able to work after hours to complete the project to not incur business interruption.
