Sardis Woods Water Damage

This is a flooded home in the Sardis Woods area. The homeowner came home to water everywhere after their hot water heater busted. SERVPRO of East Mecklenburg / Matthews used the pack out system for all the non-salvageable items so the customer could see what was being disposed of. He was thankful for the system so we could see pictures of all of his belongings. The after picture was taken 5 days after the incident. Everything was removed and completely gutted. Our customer was pleased and was ready to get back into the home.
