I cannot recommend SERVPRO of East Meck. /Matthews Charlotte highly enough. We returned from a vacation to a massive plumbing leak that devastated our master bathroom. SERVPRO was recommended by our insurers, and had done some work in our neighborhood so we immediately thought of them. The team immediately jumped on the project, using their resources to stop the damage, remove the damaged components (which was completely everything) and used very high tech drying equipment to remediate the damage. We think so much of their work that we are planning to use them for replacement and new construction to get the bathroom back to where it needs to be. A++ for SERVPRO.

Water flooded my home in my Mint Hill residence and the SERVPRO of East Mecklenburg/Matthews crew responded very quickly and cleaned up everything and got my home back to normal. 

The crew was extremely prompt when I suffered water damage in my Charlotte home. They were very courteous and attentive to every detail.

I don't hand out 5 star reviews unless deserved and I'm rarely impressed, especially with construction.  The maintaining of appearance of professionalism and thoroughness to the end was top notch!  No group is perfect but I'd be proud of claiming these guys if they were my employees.
